Job Description The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $115,400 – 155,700 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. As a leader on the marketing team, the B2B Global Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, planning, developing, and executing impactful, customer-centric, fully integrated marketing programs for our global work business. This position is responsible for the voice-of-customer in all marketing efforts, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, presenting B2B marketing strategies to senior leadership and leading and developing direct reports. Must blend a deep understanding of B2B marketing, digital and traditional marketing, marketing analytics, and strong execution skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES B2B Marketing Strategy: Lead, develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies for Red Wings safety programs, products, and initiatives. Customer-Centric Approach: Represent the voice of the customer across multi-segment marketing and sales cycles, leveraging insights and trends to drive segmentation and persona development. Brand and Campaign Development: Maintain a strong global brand image by creating compelling campaigns, overseeing omnichannel execution, and ensuring consistent messaging across all markets. Product and Program Launches: Position and launch new footwear and workwear products globally, sustaining a continuous pipeline of innovative offerings. Sales Enablement: Create sales tools and content that address customer needs, enhancing sales efforts and driving lead generation. Omnichannel Execution: Lead integrated marketing campaigns targeting industries like manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, construction, and energy. Customer and Channel Programs: Drive marketing initiatives that leverage partnerships and owned channels, including trade show strategies with Sales and Revenue Operations teams. Content and Digital Marketing: Develop content strategies that position Red Wing as a thought leader in safety, using digital marketing channels to engage prospects. Performance Analytics: Monitor and measure marketing effectiveness, using data to optimize campaigns and enhance customer personalization. Resource Management: Direct internal resources and external partners, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders from Sales, Product Development, and other teams. Leadership and Team Development: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring team members and establishing enterprise-wide standards and best practices. Collaboration with E-commerce: Support the development and marketing of B2B websites and online ordering platforms in partnership with he e-commerce team. WORK ENVIRONMENT Hyflex – 1 day per week onsite in Red Wing, MN, with remainder of week eligible for remote work depending on role needs. TRAVEL Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 5yearsexperience demonstrating progressively more senior marketing responsibilities, with significant focus in B2B marketing Experience working in diverse, international markets and understanding of global marketing trends, regulations and cultural differences Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and omnichannel approaches Experience with competitive brands or like-minded categories of business targeting similar B2B segments Demonstrated ability to execute innovative and results-focused marketing programs and campaigns Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong team leadership abilities Advanced PowerPoint skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools Financial and budget management savviness with a solid understanding of P&L reporting and Excel Desired Skills Experience with content marketing and thought leadership initiatives Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and standards globally Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B online ordering systems Experience with trade show marketing and event planning on an international scale Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Additional Information Red Wing Shoes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
