Dicing and Lapping Technician

In this role, youll be responsible for handling specialized processes involved in wafer fabrication. You ll work with advanced equipment in a clean, organized shop that values long-term customer relationships and continuous learning. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure efficiency. Conduct detailed inspections and measurements on products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record and maintain logs of production activities and any deviations from standard procedures. Work collaboratively with the engineering and quality teams to maintain high levels of product quality. Adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures. Requirements of the dicing and lapping technician: Previous experience in dicing and lapping processes in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain production records. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
