We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to support our Assisted Living community in Minneapolis, MN! Serving as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, this position provides building oversite and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness. This receptionist schedule includes;

Casual/On call

Day, Evening or Overnight

Must work a minimum of three shifts a month, two being on the weekend and one holiday a year

Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests, staff, volunteers and vendors with utmost courtesy and urgency, opening doors and providing assistance where appropriate and possible

Assure prompt and positive action on all resident service opportunities including requests, complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions. Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the appropriate building staff per building policy. Follow-up with clients to assure successful completion

Answer the telephone, using professional telephone etiquette, taking accurate messages and ensuring their delivery

Clearly communicate issues and outcomes to building manger, supervisor and following shift

Keep lobby/common spaces and entry neat and clean and welcoming to residents and visitors

No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting

Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required

Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
