We are seeking an experienced CNC mill lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and oversee CNC mill operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in production. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong CNC machining skills looking to take on a leadership role in a clean, well-maintained shop with long-term customers. Oversee the setup and operation of CNC mills, focusing on precision and efficiency. Perform complex setups without assistance. Read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications. Ensure production meets quality standards. Troubleshoot and adjust CNC machines to maintain product accuracy. Requirements of the CNC mill lead: 5 years of experience in setup of CNC mills. 2 years of experience overseeing and training CNC Mill Machinists. Experience with horizontal mills. Preferred experience with Haas and Doosan mills, as well as Haas and Fanuc controllers. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, including metric blueprints and measurements. Schooling in CNC machining, toolmaking, or machine tool technology is highly beneficial. Additional Information: Apply today!
