Position:

Paws Up Montana is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth operations, managing projects, and executing aspects of our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, with a passion for hospitality, digital marketing, and an eye for organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance: Perform a variety of tasks as assigned by management and other team members, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the department.

Project Management: Assist with the coordination and management of select marketing projects ensuring smooth communication between all departments and timely project delivery.

Digital Presence: With the marketing team to manage and maintain third-party web listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Photo Management: Organize and maintain our photo management software, ensuring images are cataloged and accessible for marketing needs.

Social Media Support: Execute daily tasks related to our social media strategy, including content scheduling, post creation, and community engagement.

Looking for Team Members With:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Experience with project management or administrative roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with web-based platforms.

A team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
