Lodging Manager in Training Program:

This 18-month program develops leadership skills across 3 rotations: housekeeping, front desk, and transportation. Participants gain hands-on experience in guest services, operational management, and mastering hospitality software.

Phase Rotations:

1. Operations & Leadership (9 months): Manage housekeeping at luxury glamping sites and traditional lodgings. Focus on logistics, staff scheduling, and leadership development.

2. Guest Interaction & Communication (4.5 months): Oversee front desk operations, handle guest billing, reservations, and service recovery.

3. Logistics (4.5 months): Coordinate guest transportation across the resort, managing scheduling and logistics with a focus on guest satisfaction.

We are looking for ambitious hospitality professionals who are eager to gain more skills in the industry through hands-on learning. Our Lodging MIT program provides an opportunity to perform various roles throughout the resort. Our intention is to hire the manager in training into a management position upon the completion of the program if they demonstrate that they meet the requirements and have been successful in the role.
