Position Overview
Assist the PMO Group in managing and coordinating IT projects. Activities will include updating project plans, building and updating documentation and presentations for project reporting, and assisting project managers with scrum activities such as sprint grooming and story building.
This position is based in Coppell, TX. Temporary housing is not provided for this role.
Key Job Responsibilities
The position would report to Business Relationship Managers
Attend project meetings and capture meeting minutes including meeting summaries, identified issues, and action items
Capture and organize project artifacts
Assist the BRMs with maintaining project plans and other project deliverables.
Document user requirements and create stories for application development
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in process
Understanding of software development processes
Software development experience is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Highly motivated individual with a desire to learn
Experience with project management tools is a plus
