Job Summary
The Licensing & Permit Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Licensing Supervisor by ensuring the smooth operation of key driver needs and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involved meticulous tracking, maintenance of records, and efficient management of essential assets and permits.
Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the distribution and usage of Elite Transponders for tolls and scales assigned to trucks.
Create, maintain, and update assets in internal tracking systems accurately, and ensuring that assets no longer in use or obsolete are labeled correctly.
Create new permit books as needed and update existing permit books as needed or upon request.
Maintain precise records for titles, license plates, and relevant permits while confirming all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with DOT and company standards.
Coordinate the ordering and maintenance of LLC decals for the fleet, and monitor the condition and validity of decals, initiating replacements, as necessary.
Activate and deactivate in-cab technologies, such as SiriusXM.
Investigate and resolve toll violations by contacting relevant authorities or third-party agencies to address any discrepancies or issues.
Talent Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks.
