Role Definition
As an Administrative Analyst in Caterpillars Resource Industries division, you will provide administrative support and coordination activities for two VP/CFO/GM level leaders.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordination and execution of all aspects of domestic and global travel including flights, ground transportation, hotel, visas and other elements as required
Completing, reconciling and submitting expense books
Maintaining calendars including the scheduling and rescheduling of meetings
The collection and consolidation of division wide efforts to have one view
Event coordination including meeting room reservations, meals, guest speakers and other logistics as needed
Creating employee meeting agendas and slides
Ordering and management of supplies, customer and employee recognition items and tools necessary to perform our work
Top candidates will also have:
Previous administrative, human resource or customer service experience

• Orders, stocks and distributes office supplies.
Microsoft Office: Knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to use the features and functions in Microsoft Office products.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Uses basic features of two or more Office applications.
• Differentiates tradeoffs between using Word and PowerPoint for developing a presentation.
• Operates basic Microsoft desktop applications to achieve certain requirements.
• Converts Word tables to an Excel spreadsheets and vice-versa.
• Compares the key differences between current and prior releases of Office.
