– Communication: Communicating with customers, dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams
– Estimating: Estimating costs and preparing bids
– Following codes: Following all codes and regulations
– Plumbers should have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal communication skills. They should also be physically fit, as the job can involve extensive standing, crouching, and lifting heavy tools and materials
