Entry Level Helpdesk Analyst

TEKsystems is now hiring Entry Level Help Desk Analysts – will train!!

All candidates for these roles must live locally to Mechanicsburg, PA as these will be on-site

Our client is looking for entry level helpdesk candidates to help address a company wide M365 rollout.

Are you interested in pursuing IT and getting your foot in the door? This could be a great role for you!

Ideal candidates will have an internal drive to learn, strong customer service, and the ability to pick things up quickly and apply them.

This is a 6 month contract to hire role.

For the contract portion while learning, you will be making $16/hr, but once trained and hired on, the pay will go up to $21.50.

The shift needed is all 8a-5p.

You will have 2 weeks of very intense training to get up to speed on all the IT procedures.

This is a GREAT opportunity to learn a new skill within the ever growing IT field!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma required – higher ed degree is a plus

Desire to have a career in IT

Willingness to learn and grow

A knowledge is a plus but not required
