Job duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production guidelines

Maintain a clean work area

Follow safe food handling procedures

The ideal candidate will have prior cooking experience, and be comfortable in a large scale kitchen. Must have great customer service, as students are always around.

Shifts and Working Environment:

12pm-8pm Monday-Friday – back of house, all volume cooking – no short order

all work will be completed indoors, inside the dining hall area of campus
