Job Description

Seeking candidates for an immediate opening for a commercial construction estimator to join our growing organization. The Estimator will complete conceptual cost plans, provide accurate quantity surveys, evaluate pricing, compare and analyze bids, create project-specific subcontractor lists, maintain relationships with the subcontracting community, clarify discrepancy areas with the project architect, and work constructively within a team environment. They will support commercial, K-12, higher ed, and healthcare-based projects.

Hard Skills

Ability to read and understand project plans

Perform Takeoffs

Experience with estimating software

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Midlothian, Virginia.

Work Environment

Work will be fully onsite with minimal travel to jobsite locations.
