Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent training, education or experience
Strong understanding of HR functions and processes
Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM or comparable ERP
Proficiency in querying a relational database (e.g., with SQL)
Ability to create test scenarios for unit and end-to-end testing
Strong data analysis and research skills
Proficiency in Excel or similar application
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
Hybrid (works remotely at least 1 day per week but not full-time)
Advertised Pay Range – $45-55/hr
All hiring rates are commensurate with relevant experience up to the advertised amount considering internal alignment
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a critical role in W&Ms transition to Workday, performing project tasks to include participating in business process design sessions, inventorying/mapping reports, creating test scenarios, testing and troubleshooting issues, and helping design system security
This role will also support current business operations, including tasks such as reviewing interface jobs, loading data, and running reports

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent training, education or experience.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
• Two or more years as a Workday analyst or similar role, including experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, and/or Payroll & Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday security, reporting and/or analytics.
• One or more Workday certifications.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
