Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Perform inventory cycle counts of material. Coordinate with Supply Chain and laboratory personnel to update shelf-life tagging. Assist with monthly inventory auditing. Perform initial tagging/counts of materials needing contract transferred. Perform receiving duties such as: auditing, preparing, and verifying paperwork as necessary. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. May be cross-trained and perform in other areas of Supply Chain. Ensure company receiving practices, procedures, and requirements are followed. Assist with and provide input to the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices. Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up. May operate passenger vehicles to transport materials on company property. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience OR a bachelors degree in a relevant field. Experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain a Security Clearance if required. Excellent attendance record with ability to work flexible hours and able to meet overtime requirements. Inventory and/or Receiving operations experience preferred. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to lift 50 pounds. Salary Range: $35,300 – $58,900
