Description and Requirements

We are hiring a recent college graduate to join our team as a Raid Product Engineer. This role serves as Lenovo’s field interface to Remote Support and OEM Partner engineering teams. Traditional Product Engineer (PE) responsibilities will apply to cases that require problem determination and problem source isolation on storage systems, hosts connect to storage, and all components in-between.

Responsibilities:

Work with senior members on the team to manage pervasive field issues and provide field communications on fix releases.

Assist on system recreates and debugging.

Interact with customers, project managers and engineers.

Participate on internal and external conference calls to help explain technical issues.

Basic Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience with operating systems

Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of RAID technologies and programming languages

Relevant work/internship experience
