Regional Central Selling Manager

Essential Functions:
•Manages and drives Central Selling Supervisor team performance (real-time and historical) to identify and address team performance needs; provides regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports; conducting performance management for direct reports.
•Conducts forecasting and analysis of day to day operations by Central Selling Team to establish recruiting and hiring needs for long term production.
•Leads our Central Selling programs within an assigned Region to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, close rate and profitability goals.
•Manages own work stream to meet customer and business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items; communicating goals and objectives; overseeing work assignments; aligning team efforts
•Accountable for measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities: assuming responsibility for decision making.
•Effectively motivates and engages employees while creating an environment that celebrates team success, seeking feedback and creating recognition programs
•Provides feedback to Central Selling Director regarding process, department opportunities with recommendations to solve
•Leads implementation strategies for new capabilities as assigned by the Director
•Establishes feedback loops for Central Selling, Stores and Provider Leadership Teams
•Works cross functionally with key stakeholders to deliver Central Selling departmental objectives.
•Hires, coaches and develops district-level leaders, providing meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession planning
•Monitors Lowe’s and industry trends to identify and present opportunities for business improvement and/or growth
•Ensures plans are in place for hiring, training and developing the talent necessary to achieve region-level objectives
•Collaborates with region leaders (ie: RVP, RDIS, SIM) and their teams to ensure Central Selling initiatives are supported as needed.
•Participates actively in regular (i.e., weekly, quarterly) staff meetings and planning initiatives with regional leadership team to ensure the unique needs and offerings of the Central Selling business are being considered and integrated into the overall business.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree – Business Administration or related field & 5-7 years leadership experience with direct and indirect report responsibility
•4 years’ experience in a management position in a retail environment or Contact Center
•3 years’ experience executing multiple programs
•3 years’ experience working across departments
Preferences:
•Master’s Degree – Business Administration or related field & 8-10 years leadership experience with direct and indirect responsibility with large teams
•5 years’ experience working closely with leadership (Manager and above)
Pay Range: $95,500.00 – $159,200.00 annually
