work hours: 11 AM – 8 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilites:

Answering phone calls in a call center environment – primarily taking calls for doctors, lawyers, large corporation employee call out lines ( no debt collection)

Aquires great phone etiquette

Able to use call center software and tools effectively.

Ensures high-quality customer interactions.

Holidays and Weekends are REQUIRED

Unlimited overtime is available if you would like the overtime hours but is not required

Requirements:

Previous call center experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.

Exceptional attendance record with a proven track record of reliability.

Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently.

Proficient in using call center software and technology.
