Job Title: Pharmacy Technician – Call CenterJob Description
This is a front-end Call-center Pharmacy Technician role. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, managing prescriptions from the initial intake to the fulfillment department. You will work across various queues and receive cross-training. Responsibilities include inputting prescription data, resolving manual issues, clarifying prescriptions with other retail stores, and handling prescription transfers. Expect to manage around 50-100 calls per shift. You will primarily handle welcome calls initially, progressing to inbound calls and offline tasks like data entry and insurance coverage. This role does not involve taking escalation calls, as there is a dedicated escalation team.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Orlando, Florida.
Work Environment
Professional, quiet call-center environment. Standard shifts are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. The pharmacy operates Monday-Saturday from 8am-9pm, with shorter Saturday shifts and overnight shifts. Training lasts 3 weeks with mandatory attendance from 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm. Some accommodations may be considered post-training. All contractors receive a 1-hour lunch break. No overtime or weekend shifts are required.
