A sign-on Bonus will be awarded as follows:

$1,000 – Tech School with no experience

$2,500 – Tech School graduate with experience in landing gear

$5,000 – Tech School graduate with 2 years of Landing Gear Assembly experience OR 5 years of Landing Gear Assembly Experience (no degree needed)

Sign on bonuses will be paid out in four increments over 13 months. First installment is paid the first payroll date of the month following four full months of employment in good standing. The remaining payouts will be paid every three months of service until the four payments are complete.

SUMMARY This individual will ensure that the components will be free of any surface discrepancies per overhaul manual requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to read and understand instructions from the production routing.

Must be able to use precision measurement instruments such as dial-bores, calipers and micrometers.

Polish components after the machining process.

All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
