Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 – $17 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What youll be doing as an Material Clerk:

Assist with end of month inventory process; enter inventory counts into SAP or required system

Perform same day goods receipts in SAP and run daily report to confirm all are completed

Process accounts payable in SAP within four day requirement

Perform same day goods issues in SAP

Assist the Materials department on other projects as needed

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Available shifts:

Shuft Timings: 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

Minimum one year materials and/or clerical experience required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

SAP MM experience required

Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Must be able to perform in a high stress environment

Strong organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions

Must be available to weekends, and holidays as needed

Bilingual English / Spanish

Inventory – FIFO experience

Organized

Problem Solver

People Friendly

Background check and drug screening required
