Helps to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment

Ensures all safety protocols throughout the facility are adhered too

Follows the in-process “Quality Management System”, which is ISO certified

Maintains a “ continuous improvement ” mind set

Use computers and related technology to communicate with the team

Increase overall quality and integrity of production

Shade, gloss and approve application to master/reference tiles

Understands and recognizes process drifts

Inspects tile for defects and determine the root cases

Drive back the defects and follow up on root cause/action taken

Performs process audits to ensure manufacturing specifications are being adhered to

Run specialized lab equipment and follow calibration procedures

Monitor and timely reporting of any unusual problems or defects to appropriate department and shift leadership

Follows company operating procedures and guidelines

Performs other related duties as required
