Job Description

Summary

The purpose of this job is to provide analysis and assist EV charging business unit leadership in the day-to-day activities and plan development for battery electric vehicle (BEV) charging infrastructure (EVCI) to support transportation electrification trends for passenger vehicles and trucks and in a manner consistent with Pilot’s business objectives.

Essential Functions

1. Gather and analyze data from business partners to identify gaps in existing tools, processes, and workflows and to identify improvements to the BEV charging business.

2. Develop and maintain reporting requirements and establish cadence of reporting related to BEV charging network

3. Analyze and maintain data from partners and 3rd parties related to BEV charging network within Pilot digital properties in coordination with the Digital Development team to ensure data integrity and inclusion

4. Maintain site-level details within our master data management system in coordination with Pilot Construction team

5. Provide updates, status reports, and dashboards for partners and internal stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with business partners, utilities, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to streamline permitting and utility connections

7. Work with internal and external construction partners to ensure sites designs meet all requirements

8. Assist finance and accounting team with reconciliation of invoices from business partners to ensure accuracy

9. Track site-level capital spend against budget

10. Work with technology partners to ensure applications and tools meet requirements

11. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

12. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

13. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: strong Excel skills

Specialized Knowledge

Demonstrated knowledge of transportation and logistics market conditions and trends required

Exhibited interest through research of how to develop awareness of BEV, EVCI and related market developments

Knowledge and experience using TIBCO EBX 5 strongly preferred

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time, including on airplanes and in cars

Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and odd hours to meet business needs
