EL Tutor / 1558

This position is for EL Tutor with a company location in Hattiesburg, MS.

Responsibilities: Provide individual and/or small group instruction to English Learner (EL) students. Provide documentation of English Learner (EL) student progress. Work with teacher(s) to determine appropriate interventions. Maintain required documentation of services provided up to 19 hours per week. Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance. Supports the Hattiesburg Public School District Mission, Vision, and Strategic Plan.

 Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirement and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Passing scores on the “WorkKeys” Test or completion of 48 college credits. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

 Other requirements as outlined by the Board and the Administration.
