Machine Operator 2nd Shift

[We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Machine Operator. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products. Machine Operators safely run our fast-running envelope machines in a production factory. Machine Operators also examine work orders to determine specifications that have been met, as well as inspect product quality according to established quality guidelines using tools such as a ruler, and pack envelopes uniformly and neatly, keeping up with the machine speeds.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}

– [Primarily responsible for the quality of the product being made by the machine they are assigned.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Maintain adequate levels of adhesive and paper to ensure a continuous production cycle.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Apply standardized inspection procedures to all envelopes produced.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Maintain speeds set by the adjuster and supervisor for each job setup.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Loads, unloads, and moves materials, tooling, and finished product within the plant]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Operates a hand truck to assist in loading or moving materials and products.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Counts, weighs, and records the number of units of materials moved or handled on a daily production sheet.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
– [Removes, empties, and returns all paper waste bins making certain to deposit in correct recycling containers.]{segoe=”” ui””=””}
