Job Description
Safely and competently performs troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on a variety of manufacturing equipment, in both inside and outdoor applications in a continuous operational environment. Analyzes and interprets one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, sketches and drawings to select a logical approach to troubleshooting, tracing and testing circuits to determine repair or replacement of electrical components. Inspect, repair, install and wire all electrical devices and circuits, up to and including 480VAC. Maintains heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems through the diagnosis, repair and replacement of fan motors, burners and thermostats. Maintains water quality by conducting routine checks and performs water analysis as required of all water sources. In coordination with outside contractors, monitors the wastewater operations and troubleshoots issues to ensure efficiency of operations. Performs electrical troubleshooting and modifies existing electrical circuits as required. Working knowledge of test equipment and procedures. Manages the building management systems and fire protection systems, pumps and alarm panels. Assists in training new maintenance technicians as required. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe and clean work area.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to troubleshoot up to the PLC, replace with a new unit, load program and confirm proper operation.

2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm. Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing and reaching. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds with a dolly. Frequently exposed to oil and noise. Exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes
