Your Role
In this role, you will lead a team and ensure that physical cycle counts are performed, accurate inventory levels are maintained, account for all defective or damaged products, and provide appropriate corrective action. Your typical shift will be Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.
Your Responsibilities
Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse inventory efficiency, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
Verify inventory paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports
Ensure daily cycle counts are completed and help organize the annual audit
Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
Implement continuous improvement action plans and implementing loss prevention programs
Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
Your Skills and Experiences
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of recent experience in a warehouse inventory role
3 to 5 years in a leadership role
Experience working with 10,000 SKUs
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
