Remote Customer Service Rep
Remote Customer Service Rep Details:
Hours of operation: Mon-Fri , 8am to 8pm EST – Must be able to work an 8 hour shift during this window.
Duration: 3-month contract. Best candidates will receive a permanent position!
Location: Remote from anywhere in the US.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour (weekly)
Start Date: December 2nd
Remote Customer Service Rep Description:
Answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
A majority of the inbound calls are from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.
Remote Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
