Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern for the Emerging Tech team. As an Intern on this team, you will assist with development/testing/analysis for Google Cloud applications. You may get involved with new technologies like GenAI, IoT, RFID, etc. You may get exposure to some of the Google Cloud technologies (ex. Kubernetes, Big Query, etc.). You will be part of building and maturing these practices in a Fortune 500 company.
Role:
Change/create/troubleshoot Google Cloud applications as a full stack developer
Learn and build/modernize architecture for IoT and Google Cloud applications
Learn and test Google Cloud applications
Learn to troubleshoot production issues
Document processes that are not adequately documented
Learn, understand, and apply industry standards and best practices
Assist in policy and procedure documentation
Opportunities:

Skills/Qualifications
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an associates, bachelors or masters degree program in computer science, information systems, or other IT-related field
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support
Basic understanding of IT development practices or application development process
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic
