Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern for the Desktop End User Services team. As an Intern in Desktop Services, you will have the opportunity to work with the team to understand how Cintas deploys, maintains, and secures our endpoint devices. You will be part of building and maturing these practices in a Fortune 500 company.

Role:

Assist with the day-to-day Help Desk support of our Partners

Assess deployment tools and processes for creating a secure, quality end user experience for our Partners

Learn, understand, and apply industry standards and best practices

Assist in organizational maturity assessments and initiatives

Work collaboratively with internal and external IT resources to document and share identifiable Partner system issues and relay that documentation with the Service Desk improving the end user experience

Assist teams with supporting our Partners

Work with and present to multiple levels of management

Opportunities:

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an associates, bachelors or masters degree program in computer science, information systems, or other IT-related field

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support

Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic
