Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern for the Enterprise Service Management team. As an Intern you will have an opportunity to work with ITSM professionals to develop, implement, and integrate our ESM platform and ITIL methodologies across the enterprise. You will assist the team with improvement requests, project implementation, and development and testing activities. You will be exposed to industry ITIL standards and best practices in a Fortune 500 company.

Role:

Direct contributor with the implementation and integration of ITSM concepts and best practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

Engage in the configuration and maintenance of the ESM platform, including the CMDB and other integrations

Collaborate with other IT leaders to support and enhance business processes

Active member in projects to improve and transform the platform, including process improvement, automation, and integration with other systems

Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on ITSM processes

Opportunities:

First-hand ITSM and ITIL experience

Collaborate with a team of peers to research, propose, and implement solutions to apply ITSM methodology

Skills/Qualifications

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an associates, bachelors or masters degree program in computer science, information systems, or other IT-related field

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support

Knowledge of network, desktop, and server technologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills
