Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern for the SAP CRM team. As an Intern on the CRM team, you will assist with dispositioning and processing support tickets that are assigned to the SAP CRM team. You will be part of building and maturing these practices in a Fortune 500 company.
Role:
Analyze and understand the various Customer Relationship Management processes
Learn to troubleshoot production issues
Assist with on-call activities and dispositioning of issues
Learn SDLC involved in SAP development
Document processes that are not adequately documented
Learn, understand, and apply industry standards and best practices
Assist in policy and procedure documentation
Opportunities:

Skills/Qualifications
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an associates, bachelors or masters degree program in computer science, information systems, or other IT-related field
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in engineering, information systems, and related technical support
Basic understanding of IT development practices or application development process
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic
