As part of the HR Operations team, the HRIS Analyst engages in both systems and process activities to support optimal Human Resources workstreams. This position reports to the Director of HRIS.
This individual will continue to drive and evolve the automation of our HRIS processes and will work to continually improve the people experience, adoption, functionality, reporting and training within our expanding Ceridian environment.

Responsibilities:
Performs data mining (gathering), scrubbing/formatting and loading activities to maximize the quality and completeness of Employee & Organizational information.
Manages HRIS configuration for benefit plans, including the accuracy and submission of benefit carrier files.
Partners with both technical and functional resources to optimize HR processes. This includes workstream redesign and enhancement to maximize efficiency and integration, followed by configuring of applicable systems.
Builds strong relationships with Functional Users to help them achieve maximum value from HR systems and processes.
Seeks out new and best practices for inclusion in the HR Technology and Continuous Improvement strategies.
Participates as a team member on projects to integrate acquisitions, deploy system enhancements, and implement new technologies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years HRIS experience (HR Systems). Specific experience with Ceridian Dayforce is required.
Experience with benefit configuration is required.
Demonstrated ownership and customer service mind set.
Strong process mindset and system aptitude required.
Working knowledge of HR functions and understanding how they are interconnected.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or related field.
Project Management / Continuous Improvement certification or significant coursework a plus.
Prefer candidates in Central or Eastern time zones
