Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 – Food to support Parkview Huntington Hospital and Parkview Wabash Hospital.

The successful candidate will:

have oversight of day-to-day operations;

create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily;

evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;

collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient and customer experience;

achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;

perform management functions that include direct supervision of Supervisors and frontline employees including professional development.

manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;

develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience – 5 years

Basic Functional Experience – 5 years
