Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

– Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
– Utilize software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
– Engage with outside salespeople to help them when needed.
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
– Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to effectively sell products.

Qualifications

– Proven experience in window and door sales .
– Familiarity with Blueprints and how to read them.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
– Experience with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
– A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 — 50 per week
