What you will do-

Develop reports, analyze spend and apply sourcing and indirect procurement (IP) methodologies and tools to drive preferred supplier utilization, procurement policy compliance and catalogue and content strategies within Coupa procurement solution and stakeholder group.

Actively support IP category teams and leaders with Coupa related RFx and analytics support to enable functional KPI achievement. Utilize and administer sourcing events using a data based sourcing system (Coupa Sourcing Optimization).

Support Coupa procurement and supplier process optimization and continuous improvement.

Liaise with stakeholders for IP Coupa operations support for internal, external, and interdepartmental process excellence, customer support, problem solving, supplier management and project management; lead Coupa task force team to drive usage of Coupa and policy compliance.

Provide end user and supplier support and training.

Actively liaise and troubleshoot issues with cross functional teams to drive process improvements relative to Coupa, the Stryker buying process and sub processes and IP operations.

Manage internal supplier information process, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and interface failure resolution. Coordinate with suppliers, technical resources, and data experts for resolution to deliver long term solutions and mitigate future risk.

Establish subject matter expertise within Coupa and related tools, processes.

Provide e-sourcing RFx support for various IP stakeholders and projects.

What you need-

Bachelor’s Degree – required (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or related field -highly preferred)

2 years of experience in supply chain, indirect or direct purchasing organization, or supporting functions (finance, engineering, IT) – required

Experience in procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, etc) – preferred

Experience in data analytics, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau – preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – preferred

SQL/coding experience – preferred

$58,700.00 – $118,600.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
