A Reliability Technician is needed for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, whose areas of business include pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products, agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products in the Urbandale, IA area. The Reliability Technician will troubleshoot and repair technical issues in a seed processing facility, assist with machine software deployment, and maintain equipment, requiring mechanical, electrical, and industrial networking knowledge.

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Associates

responsibilities:

Identify and repair technical problems in a seed processing manufacturing facility.

Maintain and update equipment to ensure reliability and functionality.

Assist with the deployment of machine software and provide user support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both mechanical and electrical systems.

Track, document, and resolve issues effectively to ensure timely solutions.

Apply knowledge of industrial networking to support the facilitys operations.

Skills:

Maintain strong organization and documentation of issues and resolutions.

Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:

Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.

Industrial networking knowledge.

Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Education and Experience:

Preferred qualifications include a 2-4 year technical degree, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
