JOB REQUIREMENTS: Continuous Improvement Manager – R5836 Essential Job
Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The
incumbent may perform some or all of these duties; however, it is not an
exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. 1.
Executes lean vision, strategies and initiatives that deliver continuous
improvement, culture transformation, waste reduction and/or cost savings
2. Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to establish continuous
improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and/or customer
satisfaction 3. Works directly with key stakeholders to coordinate and
lead improvement initiatives resulting in quality, throughput, cost
savings and/or margin enhancement opportunities 4. Facilitates and
coordinates Kaizen blitz activities 5. Develops lean tracking tools,
communication cadences, monitor results and report progress to key
stakeholders 6. Assists in the development and implementation of capital
projects, including equipment feasibility studies, working with key
stakeholders 7. Facilitates lean training and guidance, including
effective use of lean tools, for key stakeholders 8. Interacts with key
stakeholders to provide technical support, explore new business
opportunities, and/or resolve order problems or complaints 9. Maintains
industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending
industry events, and reviewing professional publications Physical
Requirements & Work Environment 1. Primarily works in a production
and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting 2.
Frequent walking and standing required 3. Occasional travel required 4.
Lifting up to 25 pounds. This position will work out of our Hartford, WI
facility, with some project work supporting our Neenah Plant. #MPC

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience 1. Bachelors
degree required 2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1. Knowledge of the existing and planned
approaches and methods for manufacturing products or product components
2. Knowledge of methodologies, tools and techniques for designing,
building and managing the manufacture of new products 3. Knowledge of
the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for
the design of new products and the enhancement of existing products;
ability to apply the methodology in diverse scenarios 4. Knowledge of
the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for
manufacturing new or enhancing existing products 5. Ability to design,
plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product
quality at all stages of manufacturing 6. Knowledge and associated
ability to apply technical, scientific and mathematical knowledge to
design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems
and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention
