Field Service

JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIRECT HIRE Are you someone who would like to travel
the world? Are you skilled in taking apart and setting up machinery with
the ability to train on operation? Our customer is hiring a Field
Service candidate who can demonstrate their expertise of converting
equipment to ensure the on time and functional delivery of company
products. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with converting
equipment start up and check out procedures. Determine process issues
and present them to Project Leader. Perform line audits and document
process changes, direct equipment upgrades and ensure network
documentation is accurate. Train and support the plan. Develop daily
activities/task list and secure resources from technical services.
Effectively and professionally communicate especially under high
pressure circumstances. Identify and eliminate safety hazards and
maintain safe operating procedures. Education and Qualifications:
Associate Degree in electro-mechanical technology, engineering
technology or equivalent experience. 3 years converting equipment start
up and process improvement experience desired. Ability to travel
internationally up to 50% annually. Excellent oral and written
communication skills to effectively communicate with engineering and
manufacturing staff and customers concerning start up and process
improvement issues. Trained with the use of hand and power tools, a
tachometer, strobe light, temperature probe, high-speed camera, baler,
and calipers. Ability to use a lathe, drill press, and welding
equipment. Forklift certification. Microsoft Office 365 software skills.
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree in
