JOB REQUIREMENTS: Compassionate Back-Up Caregiver Are you a spirited,

your name! Daily Hours In The Home: 8 am 11 am and 5 pm 7:30 pm with
some flexibility Current Need: Someone to train in this position and be
available to pick up shifts during the week and weekends as needed when
his other caregivers are not available. Wage: $16.32/hour starting
Ideal Candidate A vibrant personality who loves to share laughter and
create a cheerful atmosphere. A kindhearted and patient individual who
is friendly, sociable, and completely reliable. Someone eager to build a
genuine connection with this member, learning his passions, routines,
and everything that makes him who he is. Experience with memory
impairments is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is what truly
matters! Heartfelt Tasks Gently guiding and reminding him of daily life
activities Light housekeeping and laundry Daily bathroom cleaning,
maintaining a space that feels safe and fresh. Meal preparation
Medication reminders to keep him on track Provide companionship and
socialization that uplifts his spirit Encouraging him to embrace
activities that bring him joy Community Horizons offers support for
individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care
Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout
Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who
provides services and how they receive them. Community Horizons is not
the employer on record, members make all the hiring decisions with the
involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
