JOB REQUIREMENTS: Director of Sustainability – R5877
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and drive Menasha Packagings
sustainability strategy and culture with the support of the
organizations executive team. Implement product vision and
strategy, ideation, roadmaps, and value identification focused on
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goal tracking capabilities.
Report out to executive teams the KPIs and sustainability strategy
-drives integration, accountability, and best practice sharing
throughout the organization, including embedding into key business
planning and innovation processes. Ensure accurate, complete, and
timely execution of customer-driven sustainability data requests
(surveys, RFQs, RFIs, etc.) and lead metric-based tracking of
sustainability progress, serving as the ESG expert. Support and
oversee timely completion of customer and supplier reporting tools
(Ecovadis, Concentrix, etc.). Provide advice, technical guidance, and
best practice sharing to employees, teams, and customers on standards
and sustainability/ESG trends while incorporating the ability to meet
environmental goals. Deliver intuitive analytics dashboards,
scorecards, processes and procedures that empower the organization to
easily explore and access the information required. Partner with the
cross-functional internal stakeholders to track supplier data and trends
towards a positive impact on Menasha Packagings sustainability goals.
Serve all operations and businesses as subject matter expert for
Menasha Packaging around environmental sustainability, risk, and impact
reduction, and 30-30-30 strategy. Continuous improvement mindset
develops and deploys strategies to improve our systems, processes, and
capabilities regarding product / packaging sustainability for the
organization. Represent Menasha Packaging at sustainability
conferences and industry events as a leading strategic driver to help
Menasha Packaging and its stakeholders. Knowledge Knowledge of and
ability to use the organizations and industrys standards, procedures
and policies relevant to Sustainability Knowledge of federal, state
and local laws and ability to advise on laws and regulations affecting
ESG Knowledge of domestic and international laws governing employment
and ability to interpret and take action on the aspects of employment
laws that impact the business Demonstrated ability to partner and
collaborate across matrixed organization to optimize outcomes Physical
Requirements & Work Environment Primarily works in an office
environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Bachelors
degree in related field. Preferred: Masters degree in Sustainability,
Environmental Science, or another relevant field Demonstrated track
record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies
Experience in reporting progress in tools such as EcoVadis,
Concentrix, Carbon Disclosure Project, Forestry Council, etc. Strong
communication skills and ability to inform and inspire various
audiences, influencing behaviors without direct authority Knowledge
of carbon standards and accounting principles (e.g., CDP, SBTi, GRI,
SASB and GHG Protocol) and water/waste management best practices
Effective time management skills, as well as ability to respond
