You will get exposure to multiple areas of HR which will continue to elevate your professional HR skills! As the HR Coordinator, you will assist with general administrative HR functions, assist location leaders with talent acquisition, training and development, safety, leave of absence management, and much more! Additional job details include: Be a helpful hiring partner by assisting Location Leaders with posting open positions, monitoring applications, sending electronic offer letters, and updating the applicant tracking system as needed. Be the face of Coborns by coordinating new hire orientation and completion of Form I-9, in partnership with Location Leaders. Assist with all required leave of absence paperwork for the assigned District(s) and track accordingly within Coborns HRIS system. Enter all First Reports of Injury for the assigned District into incident tracking software. Partner with HR and the Workers Compensation team to ensure compliance with all reported injuries. Partner with assigned locations to ensure completion of all necessary training for new hires as well as annual training requirements. Assist HRG, Sr. HRG, and HRBP in gathering details and information about employee relations concerns and investigations as needed. Partner with Location Leaders at assigned locations to ensure a positive working environment by creating and executing employee engagement activities and the United Way Campaign; assist in celebrating Service Awards, birthdays, and Coborns Way Fundamentals.
