The Genoa Client Success Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with Genoa Healthcare partners to ensure satisfaction and optimal 340B program performance. This role will work closely with covered entities partnered with Genoa, internal and external stakeholders, data analyst, and finance.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Point of contact for Genoa 340B partners and responsible for conducting business reviews
Identify optimization opportunities through data analytics
Work with Third Party Administrators and other external vendors to resolve issues impacting 340B program performance.
Leverage cross-functional teams to collect and interpret data and communicate business impact to Genoa 340B partners
Develop and foster working relationships with Genoa Healthcare partners
Identify and resolve issues thorough collaboration internal teams
Assists in special projects around business strategy and initiatives
Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to Genoa partners
Maintains awareness of updates to the 340B program and shares with team members and clients where appropriate

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
3 years of 340B experience
3 years of Client Relationship Management experience
1 years of experience in operational considerations and requirements grantee designation
1 years of data analytics experience (identifying trends and identifying opportunities and driving outcomes)
1 years of experience in isolating and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems related to 340B programs
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to travel up to 15% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
340B ACE Certification
CPhT Certification
Experience with Tableau and SalesForce
Soft Skills :
Ability to synthesize, distill and clearly communicate complex ideas to a nontechnical audience
Adaptable, proactive, problem solver, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong Time Management
Strong organization skills

Residents Only : The hourly range for California, Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, Washington or Washington, D.C. residents is $70,200 to $137,800 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
