In this role, you will:

Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Lead complex initiatives for new products or enhancements

Review and analyze complex major product lines and services

Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolios technology process work of low to moderate complexity

Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact

Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

Required Qualifications:

5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5 years experience as a Product Owner or Business Execution of complex technical solutions or equivalent

Experience in Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management (WIM)

Experience in Agile Product Development

Superior communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and success criteria

Experience managing a product or application development backlog and prioritization of same

Proficient writing SQL queries in relational databases

Working knowledge of automation capabilities such as batch processes and stored procedures

Advanced Excel skills, including expertise with pivot tables and advanced functions

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with report/dashboard development / Power BI experience a plus

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Job Expectations:

In office 3 days a week (Monday- Friday, 8am -5pm) and 2 days working remote.

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as scheduled

Occasional domestic travel, 10%

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 – $149,400.00
