Job Description

The Bloomington location is a distribution center with a very small machine shop (all manual) for making alterations and modifications to outgoing orders. We are seeking someone sharp and willing to learn. You will be cross-trained in fabrication, welding, and machining.

Your primary duties will include order picking, shipping, and receiving. You need to know how to drive a fork truck, but training will be provided for both a reach truck and a forklift. You will occasionally lift very heavy items (70 lbs) and consistently handle items weighing 30-45 lbs. The reach truck goes 20 feet in the air, so comfort with heights is necessary. You must be presentable and have good people skills as you will interact directly with customers picking up orders. This is a small branch with about 15 people, and we need someone who gets along with everyone and is flexible with various tasks.

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (40-hour week). Contractors will start at 40 hours until they prove themselves.
