In this role, you will manage the operations of the Captis Innovation Programs and provide member support. You will onboard and train new members in collaboration with supplier partners. Responsibilities: Facilitate discussions with provider organizations, including executives, to promote engagement in Captis programs. Leverage strong influencing skills to drive decision-making among key stakeholders, including executives and suppliers, ensuring alignment with Captis initiatives and achieving program objectives. Research and interpret financial analysis and market trends and consult with subject matter experts to formulate strategic recommendations. Conduct ongoing program performance reporting and provide insights to leadership. Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders, including leadership, while providing appropriate resolutions and recommendations. Support the Member Engagement team in monitoring and communicating opportunities that are part of the Captis membership requirements. Present savings initiatives and contracting updates at engagement meetings. Develop, maintain, and mentor others to create strong relationships with suppliers, and internal and external customers across all product and service lines. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience is required. Ability to identify insights from data and create actionable next steps required. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex reporting and processes required. Knowledge of healthcare supply chain practices preferred. Strong knowledge of data analytics with the ability to present findings using PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness to travel, preferred. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $127,600.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
