Description Who is Blaze: Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Coon Rapids branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA Fiserv experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA Fiserv experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions. Requirements What You Will Do: Educate members on how to optimize Blazes services to meet their individual needs Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blazes growth objectives Who are You: You are passionate about helping others, member centric, and goal driven You have an understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products You are comfortable having conversations and making recommendations You seek new ways to serve others in your community, are innovative, and thrive on challenges You work well with others, even when things dont go as planned You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can multi-task You have 1-3 years experience working in a financial institution (required) You have a High School degree or GED (required) Whats in it for You: Competitive WAGES (minimum $20 hour, Saturday paid at 1.5x for hours worked) Opportunity to GROW by receiving constructive guidance and mentorship Development opportunities thru CAREER pathway in branches Participation in GIVE BACK to our communities thru volunteering, community events, and companywide campaigns Great BENEFITS include affordable healthcare ($20 per check), up to 6% 401K contribution, Tuition Reimbursement and generous PTO Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere and we encourage diverse applicant depth and breadth.
