Account Management Specialist

Description:

Manage a wide variety of inquiries regarding transactions, products and services

Manage disputes and customer complaint resolution

Coordinate and act as an advocate for the customer inside the organization working closely with engineering, procurement, production, quality, sales, and shipping, to ensure we exceed customer expectations and on time delivery of product

Liaison for technical support and provide basic technical assistance regarding products and services – pressure, flow, electricity

Receive order information via various means; phone, web portals, e-mail, regional sales, and enters required information into the operating system; follow up as needed to clarify order information, pricing, and ship methods

Document Management

Skills:

Account Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Data Entry, Technical, Customer Service, Microsoft office, Third-party logistics, order entry, customer support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Three plus years of experience in a technical environment; account management

SAP Sales & Distribution experience PLUS

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous daily activities
