Custodian Engineer

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Service Employees Association Classification A2B Custodian Engineer, Daytime Shift Full 8 hour day (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) when school is in session. Full 8-hour day (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) when school is not in session. 12 months per year, some overtime. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform environmental service tasks, cleaning school buildings and grounds and minor repairs such as table, desk, and chair repair and support services for day and evening activities in the school. Responsible for the operation of the HVAC, Boilers, and other systems in the building. Assist in providing a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place for students, staff, and the public.
