Welder – Start ASAP – Weekly Pay – Benefits From Day 1

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our family owned, dedicated team. In this role, you will perform various welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components. Your expertise and effort will contribute to the quality and efficiency of our projects while maintaining our high standards.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, read, and interpret blueprints

Properly use a variety of different welding techniques to ensure a quality product

Assemble metal components and structures according to specifications

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Hours:

7am – 4:30pm

Work Environment:

You will work in a dynamic, hands-on environment that emphasizes teamwork and respect. Our shop is equipped with modern tools and safety equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Pay:

$20-$30 an hour, depending on experience

Skills:

3 years of welding experience preferred

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes

Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
